Barracudas!

It’s hard to believe that our regular season has come to an end; and last night a rather quick end at that. I’m so proud of all our team accomplished this year! There has been so much improvement in the water, and friendships built on deck. I hope your families have had as much fun this season as mine has! Some updates and all-star information below, so please read through!

Meet vs PDS

Due to PDS availability we will not be able to complete our meet from last night. It is an unfortunate and quick end to the meet. I’ll send results as soon as I can for what we completed. If you were timing and have one of our stopwatches, feel free to drop it in the container on my porch, or bring to the end of season party!

All-Star Team

Congratulations to all of our swimmers named to the 2026 All-Star team! Please see the attached list. If you have made the team but are unable to attend, please let myself or Coach Madison know as soon as possible. Entries are due to the league Tuesday 6/23 by 9am. More information to follow for all-stars.

Relay Carnival

Due to scheduling issues with the host team the Orange Division relay carnival has been cancelled for 2026.

End of Season Party

We invite everyone to join us at the clubhouse on 6/30 at 5:30pm to gather for our end of season party. We will have light refreshments available, the ribbon box will have last nights ribbons, and our coaches will announce our award winners for 2026! Post-awards we will send the team out for one last fun team gathering in the pool! Please RSVP through SwimTopia so our social team can plan accordingly.

Is your swimmer not done with the pool?

Has your child caught the swimming bug? There are many local teams and programs in the Charlotte area that keep the progress going! If you have questions about options please reach out and we’re happy to help!

Our team grew tremendously this season and your children’s dedication brought us to the outcome of this season. The Barracudas finished 2 and 3 against our Orange division opponents and 3 and 3 overall. Our coaches and myself are beyond proud of every length of the pool our swimmers swam, every handshake and fist-bump after a race, and the level of team support we brought to each meet. 2026 has been one for the books for our team and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
