Madison swam competitively in the Charlotte area for over 8 years. During that time, she swam for Stingray Aquatic Team (STAT), Mecklenburg Swim Association (MSA), and the Charlotte Catholic High School Varsity Swim Team, specializing in short-distance freestyle and backstroke. She also has three years of coaching experience, specifically with private swim lessons and summer swim team. She is currently a rising senior at High Point University studying Exercise Science and Psychology on the Pre-Physical Therapy track with involvement in University Ambassadors, Undergraduate Research, and various clubs and organizations. Overall, she has a passion for swimming and loves helping athletes build confidence in the water. She is excited to help the Barracudas improve their technique, skill, and speed as well as create a fun and empowering environment for all!
Mary Pat started swimming competitively at 10 years old for Long Island Aquatic Club in New York. After moving to Charlotte before her freshman year of high school, she started swimming for Mecklenburg Swim Association. She was also a varsity swimmer at Charlotte Catholic High School. Mary Pat's main events included 100yd Butterfly, 200yd Butterfly, and 200yd Breaststroke. She has experience lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons. Mary Pat will attend University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a biochemistry major on the Pre-med track. She plans to continue on the club team in college. Mary Pat is really excited to be a part of the Bridgehampton community and help the team excel.
