Barracudas!

Below is information from PDS for our meet. They are a gated community so please pay attention to the timeline and entry instructions!

We are still in need of volunteers! Without these positions filled we will have to forfeit the meet. (4) 2nd half timers; scoring assistant both halves; second half stroke and turn judge.

Please pass the following onto your swim team families: Location: 1203 Venetian Way, Waxhaw, NC 28173 Arrival:

• Please do not arrive before 5:00pm. The Venetian Way gate will be set to open promptly at 5:00pm. Arriving earlier causes traffic issues since the gates do not open without a code.
• Only the Venetian Way gated entrance will be open at 5:00pm. You must enter through this gate.
• Parking is very limited so plan to carpool if possible.
• If parking on the street, please do not block driveways if parking lots are full.

Volunteers: Providence Downs South will switch over 1st/2nd half volunteers before IM event if you chose to do the same with your volunteers. Our Pool:

• Visiting parents sit on the right side of the clubhouse closest to the fitness center.
• A bridge connects the swimmers and coaches to their private Clerk of Course.
• Bathrooms are located across the pool at the starting block end of the pool.
• We offer a full concession stand. We encourage our families to purchase dinner at visiting pools to support your fundraising efforts and we hope you will do the same for ours! We have hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, candy, drinks, sno-cones, etc. Please bring cash or use VENMO.
• Nautical Bowls will be on site selling their treats!
• Please bring chairs. Some pool chairs available.
• Please NO glass.
