Arrival: Please plan to arrive between 5-5:10pm. Our warm-ups will begin promptly at 5:15pm and will end at 5:30pm. If you cannot make it within that time frame your swimmers will not be able to warm up in the pool.

Volunteers: To make a home meet run we need everyone that has volunteered for a shift to be present! Please check in when you arrive at the meet. Our check-in volunteer will be at the main gate on the pool deck. If you have any questions about your volunteer role please head to the clubhouse during the timer meeting.

Meet Set-up: If you volunteered for meet set-up please be at the clubhouse at 4:30. You will help in the clubhouse and/or on the pool deck.

Timer/Head Timer/Stroke and Turn judges will have a meeting in the clubhouse at 5:45pm.

Computer volunteer (Scorer) should report to the clubhouse prior to the start of the meet for a run through

Volunteer Check-in: Please report to the clubhouse upon arrival to receive your check-in lists. 2nd half check in will be responsible for making sure all 2nd half timers are accounted for when we switch.

Team Location: Barracudas and Families should set up chairs and spaces on the splash pad/slide side of the pool. There will be chairs and caution tape to keep everyone (and food) out of the splash pad. Please do not move the chairs or enter the splash pad. Feel free to set up around the back side of the slide in the shade!

Swimmer Markings: Please help your swimmers mark their events on their arms or legs, and put their first initial and last name on their shoulders. This will help our clerk of course volunteers.

Clerk of Course: As we did in our Time Trials swimmers will clerk behind the blocks, and should check in with clerk of course volunteers for where they need to be.

Concessions: Swimming is hard work and these kids are all about the food during meets. Our concession stand will be serving up pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches (back by popular demand), snacks, drinks and more!

Heat Sheets: Will be sent tomorrow

Let's go Barracudas!
