Team,

Just a quick note for now that Practice is cancelled for today! With the chilly temps and rain it will not be a fun experience for anyone to be in the pool today. We’ll pick up tomorrow at normal times!

Reminder that if you plan on swimming in our Time Trials on Thursday you need to declare your swimmers ASAP! All swimmers will have the opportunity to swim all individual events they are comfortable with (including IM for the age groups it applies to).We will not DQ anyone at the time trials, but will share where swimmers would be DQ’d in an actual meet. If you have any questions on the time trial please reach out to myself or Coach Maeve!

There are a few open volunteer spots for Thursday, if you can help out it will be a short commitment!
