Hello Parents,

I have attached the heat sheet for tonight’s meet at Providence Downs South. Please arrive at PDS neighborhood pool no later than 5:15 tonight. Also I have asked the kids with your permission to find videos from the Rio 2016 Olympics of the events they are swimming tonight so that they can get pumped up for tonight and also see how professional swimmers race and look while the swim! For example, type into YouTube: Rio 2016 100 Meter Breastroke Final. Lots of options should pop up! See you tonight!
