Hi all!

We are away tomorrow night at Providence Downs.  We still NEED volunteers for tomorrow night.  We need a clerk of course for both halves, an age group rep for the second half, and a scoring assistant for the second half. We only required families to sign up for 2 shifts this season, but we need more help.  Some families have worked more than the required 2, and 5 adults had to step in on Saturday when volunteers didn't show up and didn't tell us they weren't coming.  It makes our job very hard.  Thank you to the angels who stepped in and are always willing to help on deck at the last minute.  Please look at the schedule and sign up for more shifts if you can, especially those with only two shifts currently.

• Special Parking instructions: Parking is very limited, thus recommend to carpool. If parking lot is full, please take a LEFT out of the parking lot and start parking on Churchill Downs Dr. Please do not park to the right of the pool of Kentucky Derby from the pool. Park only on 1 side of the street 10yards from the stop sign.

• Pool info: we have a 6 lane / 25 meter pool (no diving in shallow end for 10 & under relays) Starting blocks at deep end. In water starts at shallow end. Colorado starting system.
