Attached you should find the Heat sheet for this evening's meet.  Please consult the website under Swim Meet 101 if you need help interpreting it.  You will need to either print or keep it handy on your phone--it is in pdf form. 

Swimmers please arrive by 5:15 for warmups.  Volunteers need to be checked in by 5:30pm. The meet will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Carvel will be on deck selling cold treats.  We will have pizza, pasta, chicken sandwiches, burgers and dogs in our concession stand, along with chips, drinks and candy.  In addition, Braces by Bird will be on deck with an informational booth.
