Hi all!

We have 160 swimmers on our team, but we have only received declarations from 127 of you all.  We need to know whether or not your swimmer will be attending the meet this Thursday evening at home.  Please let us know by Tuesday.  You can go in and declare for all of the meets, if you like--you can always change it.

Follow these instructions:

Go to bhbarracudas.swimtopia.com

Sign into your account.

Go to the Meets and Events tab > Signup Calendar.

Click on the button that says "Meet Entry Open" for the first meet.

At bottom of the page under "Your Family Swim Meet Status," you can click on each swimmer's name and declare he/she is either attending or not attending each meet.

Click Save when you are finished.

If you need to change it, it is not a problem. You can change the declaration at any time.
