Hi Parents! 

It's about time for the start of our meet season. Some of you have already done so, but I need to know whether or not your swimmers are attending the June 7th home meet by Friday morning. If you know dates you will or won't be here for the season, you can go ahead and fill out the rest of the meets as well. This new way of managing meet attendance is a huge help, so please let us know in advance if you will be able to make them or not. How to:  SWIMTOPIA TIP

Go to bhbarracudas.swimtopia.com

Sign into your account.

Go to the Meets and Events tab > Signup Calendar.

Click on the button that says "Meet Entry Open" for the first meet.

At bottom of the page under "Your Family Swim Meet Status," you can click on each swimmer's name and declare he/she is either attending or not attending each meet.

Click Save when you are finished.

If you need to change it, it is not a problem. You can change the declaration at any time.
