SWIMTOPIA TIP

I wanted to share a function of our new website with all of you.  You can declare whether you are attending or not attending each of the swim meets for the season.  To do this, you need to do the following:

Go to bhbarracudas.swimtopia.com

Sign into your account.

Go to the Meets and Events tab > Signup Calendar.

Click on the button that says "Meet Entry Open" for the first meet.

At bottom of the page under "Your Family Swim Meet Status," you can click on each swimmer's name and declare he/she is either attending or not attending each meet.  

Click Save when you are finished.  

If you need to change it, it is not a problem.  You can change the declaration at any time.
